Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's End User Terms. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to premium features will be discontinued.

User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, suggest tags, and provide personalized recommendations. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and planning purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying information, including but not limited to business hours, safety conditions, travel advisories, and local regulations, before acting on any AI-generated suggestions.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jose Elias Martinez and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Uuannago.

Uuannago has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. In no event shall Jose Elias Martinez, operating as Uuannago, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
